Boy were we surprised when our dad decided to hit the road today. We knew it was coming cause we can read the humans pretty well but after lunch dad decided to go right then! (Both he and my brother Barney were getting bored). We drove about 3 hours toward the east and stopped in a rest area overnight. We’ve never stopped anywhere but an RV resort even for one night before. It was us and a bunch of 18 wheelers. There was some grass to look at and some trucker guys walking around. We didn’t mind it at all!
